Not atheist because as a scientist, I know of the "Big Bang", the supernatural creation of the Universe. Something OUTSIDE this universe created this universe. Inb4 "the jew said" - the jew used to say that there was no creation. They were talking out of their ass. Why do you keep listening to them?
This universe, it turns out, is made from nothing. There is just the probability of finding a "particle", and the finding of the particles. Some physics professors said we live in a hologram.
Religions are pan human. Only one human society has been found that didn't have one - it was almost extinct.
So the universe was created and we have spirits and a biological need for religion. We need religion like we need meat. (fuck you vegans we do cuz amino acid incomplete diets don't work). What religion?
Christianity is unique in that it teaches trust and to treat other people as you would yourself. Judeism teaches others are here to serve the jews, or that they should be killed. Islam teaches others are here to convert to islam, be slaves, or killed. Hinduism... what the hell!? Buddism teaches to abandon your family and aspire to be nothing.
Nope. Western civilization works because there's trust in other people. A Christian comes up to another man and assumes he's good. A jew comes up to another man and tells a lie (Babba Kamma) A moslem comes up to another man and tells a lie (Kitman and Taqiyyia)
Only Christianity tells the truth and forbids the lie.
From there it is simple; Find Christianity. You have the Bible, you look for the religion of the Bible and then you discover that the last known practice of the Christian religion ended hundreds of years ago, some time after 1545. What is called Christian today is just an echo of Christianity.
