What if your country was the one that created anime instead of Japan?

I think it would be indirect propaganda, showing an unrealisticly good Argentina, revolving around romance and Argentinian legends, all of it will happen Buenos Aires because nobody cares about other province. The average argentine anime character would be probably like pic related, without flashy hair or eyes.

Almost same, but instead of adding Japanese words to it's weeb english (Example: instead of wife, waifu), nothing, Latin is nowhere near as cool as Japanese.
And with a bit (just a tiny bit) of Argentine culture as well
