The core issue with all religion is worship, it's the hoodwink to keep you from ascension from an 'earthly body' to a 'heavenly body.' The idea of worshiping a supernatural entity, particularly named ones, based in a reality you know very little about, is a key reason why humanity was and still is oppressed. When you worship, you transmit a life signal of powerlessness, helplessness, which is an evil attractor within the "supernatural" world.
