peeled a pound of fresh shrimp and made a nice broth from the heads and shells
not sure if im gonna do some shrimp noodle soup, shrimp pasta or toast skagen but its gonna be something with shrimp for sure

It's just a shrimp sandwich really. If you have the stuff for skagen you probably have the stuff for a po' boy. The shrimp doesn't need to be breaded and fried, although that is superior.
