He walks over to an unmanned console, the only one of four that has no one at it "Since the Captain isn't here at the moment, I'll have to make the call to the Commander, give me a second."
He pushes some buttons and puts on a headset, leaving one ear free to listen to you guys.
He speaks "Hello, this is Sergeant Harold from the South Carolina resistance base, I have new recruits I would like to add to the books..." he listens, then replies "Ok, their names are (He lists everyone but Scream Man he just doesn't know his name yet)" He then listens a bit more.
He takes off the headset "Ok, you're all good. Now go look around the base or something, you'll be informed of any missions that might happen... Oh, and you're all privates now. Welcome to the resistance."
