I don't know why but it varies very much how big the penor is when not erect.
Mine is very smol when not erect. But is average sized when erect. Had a friend (yes, we looked at each other penises, nohomo) whose penor was always pretty big, but also didn't grow much when erect AND it was always rather floppy and not really hard like mine.
