I’ve been using this stuff (I prefer Rogue though) for 2 years after dipping for 15 years. This shit prabably saved me from cancer or at least gum disease and I absolutely reccomend it.

I mean everybody's body is different. Were there any analogues to this in the past? Pure nicotine i mean. Ive use zyn of and on for years but i constantly have to take breaks because i get diminishing returns the longer i use it. It can feel great but I debate whether to use it at all however because:
1. Wouldnt it be better if I didnt need it to get through the day and
2. Is it gonna come out in 5 or ten years that zyn and zyn analogues do fucked up shit to your body.

It's funny you posted this. I've been hooked on these for probably a month or two now. They're so easy to pop like candy. I've never felt so mindlessly addicted to something. I find myself reaching for the tin every time I'm driving or in social situations (pretty much all the time). I don't like the spit it makes me lather up in my mouth. I spit constantly. Once I get that buzz I gotta ditch it otherwise it makes my stomach upset. Since using these I find myself actually being more depressed, anxious, and fatigued than usual. I've read numerous studies that nicotine is great for concentration but I don't see that benefit at all. Zyns are a must when I'm drinking though. Omg if I don't have them after a few beers or shots ik definitely jonesing for some. If I were you, I'd just use the 3mg. 6mg is overkill imo. And the cool mint are the best ones. I've tried the smooth flavor, and the citrus. The citrus ain't bad but the cool mint are better and don't give you shit breath. My brother likes the coffee ones. Just be careful. Don't let anything get it's hooks in ya like I did.

as someone who's smoked a pack a day for almost 10 years, i want to switch back to pouches bc theyre cheaper, they last me longer, and pure nicotine is a much more stimulant type high. i use rogue tho, there's 20 per pack instead of 15, tye flavor lasts longer than 5 minutes and they're roughly the same price.
