I think the Jew really does fear the water fast. All the big diseases would be easily cured sometimes by literally just a 3 day fast. Type II diabetes, gone. Skin issues, gone. Auto Immune issues. Gone. Chances of getting ass cancer most likely reduced dramatically. Chances of any cancer dramatically lowered doing a 7 day water fast. Not to mention just feeling alive again. You literally just don't eat or drink anything except water. Going more than a few days can be dangerous, but most people can easily swing a 24 hour fast as long as they have some self control. I do it about once a week while doing a normal diet the rest of the time, and I know someone who does it every other day on a strict schedule. It does make you feel healthier, and the benefits are real. Maybe not as miraculous as some people make it out to be, but still real.

You need salt replacement because your body uses a lot of electrolytes being in limp mode.
Your body doesn't even respond well to a regular 24 hour fast, the autophagy effect isn't even in full swing until roughly the 36 hour mark. You just gimp yourself by not eating for a day then swinging it back and forth.
1/2 tsp GOOD Himalayan Pink Salt, 1 tsp Potassium Chloride, 1 tsp Baking Soda in a 2L BOTTLE. NO FRESH WATER AT ALL.
