>>17868145Nope. I have dieted down some serious wieght over the years and have slowly crawled up again. While trying to maintain a lower calorie intake or dieting again shortly after a diet because im gaining too fast have resulted in these crazy hunger signals.
At age 22 I had 0 muscle and weighed 101 kgs. In 4 months I weighed 72 kgs. That was the easiest diet of my life since I was basically obease at 101 kg with 0 muscle. I just cut the shit out and it was fine. No hunger, nothing.
At age 25 I diet from 95 to 83 in 2 months. I lost my ability to have boners at those last weeks but I almost never felt anything except I knew I was hungry in evenings. I stopped because i almost reached my goal of 80, the summer was over, school started, I had hard time feeling my dick. So I stopped.
At age 27 I tried again to lose what I have gained. I was around 98 kgs and went down to 88 in 5 or 6 weeks. Went kinda fast up again after that.
Somewhere around 29 or 30 I tried again, prob lost 5 kg of whatever weight i was, somewhere areound 90-100kg.
Im 100kg as of now at 32. And im prob around 23-24 percent body fat.
I eat as a standard 2 to 2.5kg amount of absolute clean food as my normal diet. Then that doesnt keep me satsified I eat alot of icecream, bread and cheese, or some pizza on weekends.
And after 1.5 years of trying to find a normal clean diet that weighs alot to satsify me I have failed and always feel to binge on weekends. Even so, I do not gain alot from here since I have weighed this for over 2 years now.
Been a couple of diets I stopped halfway through in these last years aswell. Instead of going 6 weeks I went 2 weeks and just continued having a normal weekend binging instead while I kept alot of the "clean" food as my standard meals of the working days.
Before I was obease at 22 I have been normal weight, skinny, normal, chubby, skinny, chubby and skinny.
So I have been every weight atleast twice even before the age of 22 when I started to diet.
