If youre doing alot of physical work youre getting payed poorly So you gotta equate the fact you have no time or money with the fact your job makes you get gainz. So whey protein shakes and protein sticks have their place. Since in the long run a tank of whey protein is a better protein value in that its quick and relatively priced for the fact it has a big shelf life. Unlike chicken. Which you buy raw and need to eat almost immediately.

If you can't get a real meal in you for whatever reason, one of these things can hold you over for few hours depending on your caloric needs.

Don't eat them regularly though, it's no different then adding a half dozen crushed oreos to your protein powder.
