This. Longest fast I did was 24-26 days I forgot the exact number I have it written down but wont bother to check. While you can still function it would only work with low energy/effort tasks. I doubt the average physical worker would be able to do it. Your breath will smell absolutely horrible too. Mouth will feel terrible at all times after 2 weeks.
