Your average mobnik with kids at home who just wants to get through it all would stand down first if it looked like it could go either way.
I think that's the big deciding factor if Wagner does march on Moscow. The security forces there with wives and kids aren't really going to be motivated to get into a brutal shooting match to the death with literal psychos, they'll likely fold.
