i have a couple of dreams that I regularly experience. Its always the same ones, only with slight differences. I try to interpret them but it never seems to click.
I cannot tell if these dreams are ego-driven movie like experiences or a sub-conscious signal to my awake self. I keep an active journal on these dreams and it hasn't lead to any revelations. It is pointless and I can only try to enjoy these experiences to at least sustain a healthy sleep cycle.
