Hey dude, I did it for 15 days.
If I were to do it again, I would change these things:
-Take minerals, suplements.
-Take multivitamins.
-Force yourself to drink a LOT of water.
-Absolutely do not physically exert yourself.
-When you start eating again don't start with hard to digest foods.
-Do not even attempt this if you're not very fat or have a physically demanding job.
I didn't take any minerals and didn't really drink water, so I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones and renal failure.
Snake juice (salt water) isn't enough.
Your body needs more types of minerals to function properly than salt.
I did heavy work in the sun and passed out.
I started eating normally afterward and couldn't stop shitting myself for a
week.It came out like oily water.
You will observe that after your first week, you will feel the need to sleep more and more.
From 8 to 14 hours a day for me.
Do not do this for weight loss.
Half of the weight lost will be water, the special fat around your organs and muscle.
You will gain double what you lost if you start eating like a fatass afterward.
