I fear you are burrying your head in sand and do not want to talk about the bleak future that will be created by low birthrates, Chickens will come to roost sooner or later. Your economic output will be down, most of your people will be way too old and rely on government pensions and healthcare, a good chunk of your gdp will be sacrificed just to keep elderly live few years longer.
