>>18004214I don't just drink milk, I try to have as much variety in my diet as possible, different regions call for different diets as well, especially depending on how you are living (i.e. as a rich noble, a dirty peasant, or a hunter gatherer). But it is foolish to assume that Germanic peoples living in or around Southern Europe did not consume dairy products, it is more likely it was less prevalent as far Northern people as there is an entire half of the year or longer where finding the "Mediterranean" diet you are suggesting is impossible without migrating (which many peoples did of course) That or they used what they had, and milk can be obtained quite easily if you have horses, goats, cattle, virtually any animal you are willing to capture or tame up enough to squeeze milk out of which is dense with fat, calories, nutrients, and protein vital for one living through harsh winters. I would assume the only difficulty would have been in allowing your animals to breed during such a harsh period and their survival would too be a struggle. Regardless, I think you're a retard and the Aryan diet is whatever the Aryan man can find and adapt to, same as the Bear. It just so happens we have lactose tolerance. The "milk is for baby mammals" argument is ridiculous as it contains nutrients vital and usable for adult or baby, it's just that the baby consumes ONLY mother's milk for quite some time.
