only when you died in the dream? interesting delineation, i wonder how the mind would interpret something like that and what sort of brain chemistry changes result in switching from color to black and white mid-dream. i can only recall one dream where i died during the dream and in it i saw myself as a baby and i saw my mother's face. and then years after the dream i watched some tv show called forever about an immortal who gets reborn every time he dies and the resurrection sequence featured scenes of him as a baby and of his mother's face. always thought that was interesting, i guessed it meant other people's brains do death scenes like that too.
