>>18057284>>18057288I know I'm filtered, twp, chudcel and will never breed but I'm going to advocate you learn Pathfinder lore as opposed to D&D unless it's 3.5 as the setting in 3.5 was more dark and visceral than the modern pozzed setting that took out certain races and refers to everyone with they/them pronouns like a bunch of chucklefucks.
Pathfinder was the guys who made 3.5 but made it to a modern standard so the 1e content is really good although comparison books like Agents of Evil and The Book of Vile Darkness are too different. Like you need The Book of Vile Darkness to truly understand what the nature of evil is as Agents of Evil doesn't do the topic very much justice.
Rovagug and Gorum would probably be your favorite deities.

Everything carefully built to only change very slight things about the natural lore to suit the setting.
