I'm just going to tell you from my professional experience, that you developed a little later in life, but are still very young (19-23).
The best way to deal with your situation, is to slowly deal with your loneliness and remove your current environment.
Move to a city, find other people that are into what you're into. Get a job, work, mature, improve your social skills.
Rinse and repeat. Never fall for a woman's bullshit, and never give a woman money, unless she's sucking your dick.
