Roma's are straight up different anon. It's ingrained in their very "culture" that they're put on earth to steal and scam, in their version of christianity they literally had Jesus give gypsies special permission to steal and cheat with good conscience. This is because in their version the blacksmith who made the nails Jesus was crucified with was a gypsy, and when he found out what the nails were going to be used for he stole one away which is why Jesus' feet are fastened with the same nail instead of one each. For this Jesus excused gypsies from stealing for all eternity.
Their culture completely forbids taking part in any facet of society, they're not allowed to get educated, they are not allowed to work, they are not allowed to pay taxes and so on. If they do then the cousins and uncles come and harass you daily, if you try to run away they track you down and kidnap you to drag you back to their little camps.
And that's not even getting into the really dark shit, like internal rape culture where their own girls have a majority of the time been raped by some other gypsy (which is normalized there), or how they often drug kids to look more pitiful when begging since they can claim their kid is sick and they need the money. Or how there's been instances where they kidnap white babies so they can earn more by begging with a white baby instead of a roma one.
