i live in a house made of reinforced steel with like 60cm of insulating material on the outside of it.
with that much thermal mass a few radiators and floor-integrated heating in a few select rooms is enough
the house acts as a little buffer in summer keeping it cool throughout the day and over winter insulates enough to stay comfy and warm
i experimented last witer with not using my radiator at all (carefully checking if mold or moisture gatheres anywhere) because fuck you pootin lmao
the biggest difference is just wearing slippers and not sitting still for too long
i even managed to get to a perfect BMI by beign more active
