Seems like a odd topic to push to the front of the radio charts, because we all know that popularity isn't really how this thing works. Am I being cynical?

What are some good songs for casual enjoyers of SOL? My friends group and I have been looking for some new musical experiences and to enjoy with the true third and honest path for modern americans, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of mainstream examples...SOL bros being held down by big music, obviously.

My own prison is an underrated song and it always has been. It has the cringe earnestness of a Natalie merchant track that somehow horseshoes around to being based. I've never listened to the full album though. Their later singles were kind of shitty.
