if you took dopamine agonists (antipsychotics) then it could be withdrawal (dopamine supersensitity psychosis)

if you took it for a psychotic disorder then it can also be your initial symptoms returning. or if you took it for something like depression then there's a chance your depression was misdiagnosed and you were actually going the prodromal phase of schizophrenia which is now unmasked once you remove the medications

I also have hallucinations when I have been awake for more than 24 hours but I do understand that it is just the sound of air condition that my tired brain is trying to analyze as a human discussion. I know it is not real. But in such tiredness the sound really souds like two people talking to each other.

It is like your body and nervous system needs to rest and despite you being awake it forces your senses to be half asleep so you end up hallicinating and hearing voices.
