The Sigma Male is the ultimate sour grapes cope. They exempt themselves from universal social dynamics and place themselves in some imaginary limbo neutral zone so they can deny their social incompetence and rebrand it as muh sigma male. But the truth is, these guys are socially incompetent retards who are too mentally brittle to face this reality. The alpha/beta dichotomy is predominantly figurative, not literal and deterministic. It’s more of a spectrum than a concrete category set in stone. All men display alpha and beta tendencies to varying degrees and circumstances.
