If it’s a short distance I’m fine but anything longer than like a street it gets pretty difficult. When doing chores it can be hard to crouch or bend down but I can still do anything just takes me a while.
If I do a full shop at a store it can be very tiring and legs and back can be painful

And about how, I got into a healthier relationship with a food, without emotional binging the desire to purge disappear. Some work with therapist and change of the environment (moved from the abusive parents) helped, I suppose.
