i think valve just doesn't really wanna hire new employees and the old ones don't really wanna work on tf2 cause they have more perspective things to do and that's understandable but is it really that hard to just browse the workshop for a few hours and pick out some maps and skins and stuff like once every few months and call it an update, tf2's workshop even has community fixes tab like they don't even have to code anything they can just copy the most popular fixes from the workshop and that's it this requires the absolute minimum amount of work
