I have some feedback on your ARG:
I think the shuffling cards terms thing is fun and funny but I mean, at least actually shuffle them or have the cards disappear than re-appear so that people don't waste the first click by clicking a card that seemingly "has not changed position"
this is just basic game design user interaction stuff, I get that it's not really a game -- but it can just look better and make more sense.
beyond that the terms are gay, re-write those to maintain the ARG better, especially the antichrist and forfeiting your soul stuff, you don't want that on public level ARG site, you want to offer that to schizos who go deeper into whatever the ARG is.
Music is alright at first but the site depth means its gonna loop a while, maybe get something longer or only run the music once you get deeper into the site.
Matrix codes look like shit, you can do better. Overall I like the 90s geocities vibe but it's like too put together but not "put together enough" to feel like a serious thing.
