that's the chronological order that i've done all my drug in
rankings is
1. Alcohol (there's a reason it's legal basically everywhere. because it's awesome. if you have a bad time drinking you're a fag with big problems, or native american)
2. Cocaine
3. Weed
4. cigarettes i guess. i only smoke when i drink now though

Everything else is fucking degenerate, and a waste of money. Ecstasy is okay if you're trying to get a girl to think you're cool or take her clothes off, but cocaine accomplishes that too without melting your brain.

Both experiences were positive. The Ayahuasca was quite rough and uncomfortable. It was as if a tiger and a crocodile were struggling in my stomach. The San Pedro was gentlest and kind. Rituals differ depending on the person (shaman or medicine man) that guide the ritual. Respect and purpose is fundamental. Introspective kind of trip.

Stick to regular aphetamines, since you can get them over there. The're pretty much banned here since the late 90s, while 50% of the population is on benzos. Go figure

in regards to your feeling run down, its common with abuse and/or regular usage of amphetamine or similar stimulants. of course theres plenty of other potential causors. have you tried supplementation with l-tyrosine and 5-htp or l-tryptophan?

I have not used amphetamines in a while, so it couldn't be that.

I have many supplements including what you've listed with limited success.

To explain more, i never feel geniunely well rested except for mayne one day a month. Even with avoiding electronics before bed, caffiene and other stims, a good bed, etc. You don't really feel like yourself, you know?

I had used kratom for a while and it did fantastically. But, i cannot continue to use it due to the constipation. If i do get too stopped up, i will end up in the hospital thanks to a medical condition.

But, anyway i work evenings and nights. My sleep schedule is fucked to top it off.

Modafinil seems like a good supplement to give a trial run.

Tried Lyrica in baby doses? It helps a lot for the sleep issues you're having. It doesnt numb you like benzos and you can get a very good sleep and feel rested when you wake up. Low doses before going to bed worked wonders for me.

It isn't perfect. But i do stay away from sugary foods, sodas, sweets, etc.

I eat alot of prepackaged stuff, mainly frozen pizzas and all that jazz. Low sugar protein bars too.

Bioavailable multivitamins to boot.
