What does 4chan say when you try to post from your mobile network? It used to tell me my carrier's whole IP range was banned. Lately though, it tells me the reason my specific IP was banned. It changes as I move from one cell tower to the next.

MFW I'm posting from home and it tells me I'm banned for CP... Then realize WiFi is down.
