I used to get deja-vu a lot, especially when I watch a video I almost always think I've seen it before.

I reduced the experiences by cutting down on coffee and by sleeping more (10 hours a day). Unfortunately now I'm always tired so instead of not knowing if my reality is there I don't know if what I experienced yesterday actually happened.
