Actually, I have a subhuman nephew. When he was young he refused to go to school, got sent to a "youth rehabilitation program", was on drugs, now he's jobless and always angry with severe mental problems.
The difference? My parents offered me alcohol and drugs even when I was underage and I refused because I'm not retarded, he's subhuman so he intentionally seeks out stuff that fucks up his life. Humans can handle poverty, drugs, and a lower social status. Subhumans can't adapt to any change in environment and if they're not pacified they chimp out. They need to have their hands held, that's why if you don't create a utopian society free of anything that could potentially make them earn 1% less money than their peers they end up destroying society.
