Not sure if the type of rice matters really since I kinda just use whatever, Jasmine Rice or Short grain (not sushi rice, dont make the same mistake, too sticky icky). If you make "Mexican rice" or "Spanish rice" then just use that same bag for it. If you want me to share a recipe I can give it to you. Honestly, I rather you do the research yourself. One good note. Mexican and Argentino rice pudding are made differently. So, you want Mexican or Argentino?
