>>18217240if you have dandruff or fungus related issues (if anti dandruff shampoo tends to help you), ketoconazole shampoo might also help clear it but it`s very aggressive and might irritate skin etc and might not work on very stubborn fungus or even make it come back worse after you stop using it if you didn`t clear the fungus so take with caution its a potent anti fungal drug on your head
anti dandruff shampoo also has anti fungals because often funguses are involved
avoid eating more sugar/carbs than you need for energy during the day to reduce dandruff (because fungus feeds on it)
eat enough protein overall also important for healthy hair (i take mostly pea protein powder when i work out)
shampoo every couple of days (like every 3-4 days maybe) once you notice your hair becoming too greasy (with the applied dht blockers also) once you notice it kinda being annoying shower it, showering also necessary to flush out whatever might block the follicules and will help get rid of the pent up DHT as well
you dont want to shampoo everyday because that will dry out the hair and put additional strain on it, and it will grease up faster after that to accomodate for the lost fat (skin always wants some certain small fat on the skin to be comfy with itself if you wash it off it will replenish it even more)
and you also dont want to shampoo too rarely (like some hippies might do because toxic shampoo and whatnot) because the pent up stuff, dirt and grease in the hair will block follicules and the dht inside the skin will also be reduced by showering
NAC is a good ingredient for hair growth, Inositol minor i think
stinging nettle products help because they have silica (really thickens hair and notably nails, get very strong nails from it) plus it has a dht blocking effect
lots of herbs have that effect, notably strong in saw palmetto, you can high dose it and use the topical herbs to get a prtty good effect without shutting down anything regarding libido or strength much
