*Anchorhead is a horror interactive fiction/text adventure game created by Michael S. Gentry.
It was originally released in 1998 and the game is loosely based on Cthulhu mythos. It's won
many awards and is considered to be one of the best of interactive fiction games.

*Of course, as a text based adventure game, it relies on the player typing in commands. The
game tells you what's currently happening in the story, and the player responds by typing in
what they want the protagonist to do. Of course, the commands the game can understand are
fairly limited, but it can still understand most commands that consist of a verb and an object.

*Here are some example commands:
-WALK SOUTH
-CLIMB TREE
-TAKE THE SCREWDRIVER
-PUT THE MUFFIN AND THE CROISSANT ON THE COUNTER
-UNLOCK THE DOOR WITH THE IRON KEY
-READ THE BOOK

*There are some special commands that the player is likely to make frequent use of, such as:
-LOOK AROUND
-LISTEN
-ASK X ABOUT X
-GIVE X TO X
-EXAMINE X

*Player can also preform certain actions on multiple objects at once, for example:
-TAKE THE BRASS KEY, THE WALLET, THE TABLECLOTH AND THE CANDLESTICK
This can also be summed up by simply tryping:
-TAKE EVERYTHING

*The player can also issue commands to other characters, by stating the character's name first,
and then the command. Like this:
-X, GIVE ME X
-X, CRAWL INTO X
Of course, people might not always be willing to do what the player asks of them.

RULES:
+The first dubs with a legal command will take effect. If the first comment with dubs does not
have a legal command, the first reply to that comment will take effect.
+The game will be saved at the end of each day, and the latest possible save will be restored
if /bant/ dies.
+Trips (or more) do not have priority over dubs, they will be considered regular dubs for the
purposes of this game.

Rules are subject to change, as this is (as far as I know) the very first Anchorhead thread on
/bant/. Also, posts might be a bit slow due to image editing.
