Why am I always tired all the fucking time. I tried everything bnat.
I tried coffee, exercise or sleep, and I'm still SO TIRED. How do you solve this.

Im having the same problem
There are some time where i got retard amount of energy, usually after coffee and around midnight. Otherwise it very random, from crazy amounts of energy or no energy at all.

what does your sleep schedule look like? are there specific times during the day in which you get tired? some people have circadian rhythms adjusted to the tempo of the sun. during the hottest part of the day, they will get drowsy. i think it's a big reason of why siestas are a thing.
