That's fair and I don't blame you there actually, especially if you had a close relationship with them.
Your sexuality doesn't matter in my honest opinion, but if you feel as though it was induced by pornography then the best thing you can do is kick that or at least fap to different stuff. It's difficult of course, but just remember that it isn't going to kill you unlike alcohol withdrawal.
Perhaps you could replace that habit with something healthier like working out. I'm not sure, frankly; I'm just a guy living a normal life like you and spitballing ideas that one could try.

I often hear that, whenever you get the urge to do something like smoke, drink, fap, etc it's best to go do something that's far removed from said habit and requires more concentration than your urges can maintain. Lifting and/or cardio exercises are often recommended because they usually take place away from an area where you indulge in said habits.

Spoken like a true /pol/teen. Preaching forced masculinity isn't going to get anyone anywhere, it's just gonna make OP miserable in the long term. I tried it, it doesn't work and everyone preaching it has never tried it themselves.
Lifting weights is a healthy habit to get into however when you start talking about increasing "T levels" as if it's some miracle hormone then you lose any reasonable human being. Lift for yourself, don't lift for some abstract idea that you will never see with your own eyes. Lift for gains, not for "the aryan race." Humans are inherently selfish and it's best to do things for oneself as opposed to some frivolous pursuit.

But by all means, if you think being a femboy tranny will fix you then feel free to go all the way down that rabbit whole and fully commit. See where that gets you.
