Yeah but still brush your teeth. Not drinking soda or eating too acidic foods is good but buildup of plaque will give you tooth decay if not removed. But the brushing twice a day meme is nothing but a way to good way to acquire a healthy habit

So I have a question

A tooth of mine has chipped and is kinda half there (a cavity opened up and I just ignored but now it hurts less) what should I do about it? It's on the bottom left in the back.

Also on the bottom right in the back my gum hurts when I touch it, will salt rinsing help?

I can't afford a dentist.
