Let's discuss our jobs with each other, and give tips to anons who are looking for work:
I just quit my job as a school bus driver, which was honestly pretty fun. Only working for 2 hours a day while getting paid for 6 was really nice. The work/life balance was amazing, and the company I worked for even let me collect unemployment during the summer if they couldn't find any work for me to do. I left because the pay was only $20.50 (Yearly pay was just over 40k). I could have gotten a good raise if I had stayed, but I needed more money now rather than later.
Switching over to trucking, and was given a route hauling cheese for Kraft. Starting off at $0.50 a mile, with my route being around 3200 miles a week, drop-off, pick-up, no waiting around BS. After my 15 months here, I plan on getting my other endorsements so I can switch over to hauling crude oil for much more.
Planning on buying a duplex for rental income as well.
What are other anons up to? I've been curious as hell as to what other /pol/ users do for a living.
