>>18267801Perfect! I hope you like sweet and carbs. Split your butternut squash into halves then craved into the flesh to create like an oblong bowl. You will have left over squash. From there dice into cubes. Not sure what kind of sausage you have (pre-cooked or not). Either tear off the sausage casing or if pre-cooked chop into pieces. From there, cook the sausage in a pan for it to secrete grease then add half diced onion then like a 2 minutes later add minced garlic. Do not forget to add the left over squash. If you have apples add some or not (optional). For seasonings this is all my own recipe: salt, white pepper, allspice, tumeric, and a tiny pinch of nutmeg. If you dont like sweet and salty then instead add: salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and a pinch of cayenne. Once you made the stuffing add it to the squash. Hope you have an oven and preheated to 360.
