There's a ton of people who don't have credit cars and thus can't buy online, don't want to wait for shipping, are afraid of getting scammed or getting the package lost, or simply don't know how to buy from such pages. I mostly deal with electronic accessories, shit like game controllers, USB hubs, adapters of all sorts , headphones (Chi-Fi is all rage now). Mercadolibre works in a way that you can personally deliver the package and get paid in cash.
I made a shit ton selling these dumb fidget spinners. I also drive uber on the weekends, if you're willing to drive at night it's pretty profitable.
