Here’s a recipe I use for some chocolate fondant thingy that I really like:
Whipping cream (~1/2 cup)
Sugar (1 1/3 tbsp)
Chocolate (~1/2 cup) [as in baking chocolate]
+maybe some cinnamon
Instructions:
In a saucepan, melt together the whipping cream and chocolate, add in cinnamon and sugar, along with anything else.
Pour into dish, put in the fridge for 3 hours, eat
