The fucked up part is I think I had silent gerd which only affects the throat so if I knew about this sooner I could've corrected it sooner

how bad is it now? do you always get reflux after meals or just sometimes? my aunt had it and she could only eat a very limited diet or else she gets a bad reflux. she also has to remain upright for a couple of hours before bed. shit sucks
