there was an italian qa refugee who only posted pepe but I found him extremely entertaining and valuable to the board without that having to do anything with tovhov, sadly he had a mental break and was lost
idolposters and other people like akarisniffer and edward are also iconic and important
lastly touhou is just more juicy and interesting than anime which is why it was a part of this board in the first place
