Conventional oil change at the place I bring my work vehicle is around $100
For me to do my personal vehicle with synthetic costs me about $40

Ours is $3.86 rn. I guess I should ask about the truck itself, some of those things take 8 quarts, and newer GM (2011+) require Dexos rated oil

fuel economy with AC went from 7.6 to 8.1liters

Nowadays I don't trust anyone to work on my shit anymore...my personal trucks are just too old to not have some hack get in there and start snapping bolts and studs off. Older vehicles require finesse. As for my work truck, I take it somewhere else to maintain plausible deniability

And the oil change guy is the shop dunce probably high and or drunk and will impact your oil drain plug stripping out your pan and by the time you find out (next oil change) there will be nothing to prove the last shop did it.
T. Change my own oil since this happened to my jeep 10 years ago

Jeez. There are a couple shops around here that'll blast out an oil change with a generic filter for $40, using bulk oil out of a 55-gal drum...the place I go is a quicky lube place...the "full synthetic" oil changes range about what your picrel says

I align my quad and my woods beater myself, but alignment on my daily driver is one of those rare things that I bring to a place, they do a decent job, and I have someone to yell at if it doesn't go perfectly straight down the road.
We also did the alignment of the modified cars that we ran at Wall Stadium

you can do a basic toe alignment with a piece of string, a ruler, and two jack stands (toe is all the shop is going to do even if they pretend to do a full alignment)

Yeah, but it's my street truck, and we drive 90 here all the time...new tires and I don't want the thing crabbing down the road.
Also, Ranger-based-vehicle, I had to install the alignment kit so they had to set the camber to get it right.
My woods truck is fine with me doing the align, it never goes over 40 (no sway bars and PSI is set to 12 because woods truck), but in my street truck doing 90 on brand new tires, I'll let them do the work for $79.95
