I've been vomiting with only water and I can't sleep because of naussia

the fact that I vomited with just water made me nervous because that might make me become easily dehydrated
I drank sparkling water with lemon and that might have been too upseting for my sick stomach
I started slowly drinking weak mint tea and I feel better after this but I can't stand for too long because nausea starts quickly again
