2. Check teeth for white buildup or stuck food particles once per day. Floss every tooth if you can see visible buildup. Usually this means every 3rd or 4th day.
3. Brush teeth and tongue if you're about to go see people and haven't brushed yet that day.
4. Brush before bed if you haven't brushed yet that day.
Try to brush after a meal/coffee/sugar so the benefits last longer.
4. If you miss a day of brushing for any reason, you are required to floss every tooth the following day.
5. If your sleep schedule is fucked, brush and inspect teeth for plaque at least once every 24 hours.
