as far as i understand a lot of people are either living on the verge of going insane from the perpetual anxiety or have turned off consciousness by not taking their eyes off of video games for 16 hours straight, i wouldn't consider this "calm", it's more like you're in the pot of water and the fire has already been turned on
anyways i suspect things will truly go to utter shit in october when the US' student loans go back into action, i already traded off literally all of my australian dollars in savings for euros because AUD has no value itself outside of the USD, you're in the prepper stage now
