regardless, uniform is not standard just like the rust programming language is not standard but wholly uniform
there is at present standard vocabulary that isn't represented in dictionaries, spelling is anything but standard, pronunciation is anything but standard and i don't recall any but the joke of a reform that resulted in those almost random insignificant differences between british and american english
