If it's the former then I wouldn't imagine it to be too hard to find something that looks interesting to you, if it's the latter then you just have to think to yourself that while you may not feel like it, if you were to actually do it you'd enjoy yourself, and that you just need to ignore that and get started reading.
Failing that I'm sure you could find something to interest you. There's music, tv, films, anime, video games, books, drawing, maybe try going for a walk, teaching yourself something just for the hell of it. Not really that helpful obviously, but maybe it might give you an idea of something. And it doesn't matter about being significant or not, forget other people and trying to please them, you gotta please yourself first man. You're significant to yourself.
