Why don't Christians unironically study Judaism?

In Judaism you will find every reason why Jews historically never became Christian. They even died for their beliefs.

First, the messiah (son of David) must end all wars, and bring world peace. Next, the new covenant describes a messianic age when literally everyone in the world knows and worships the same God. There also needs to be a resurrection of the dead with the arrival of the messiah. Not as important, but there does need to be a new temple in Jerusalem. Also, nowhere does it mention or imply a trinity in the Hebrew Bible. It also does not state that the messiah would be God incarnate, but instead that he would be a man sent by God.

The problem with Christianity isn't Jesus himself. I believe Jesus was a prophet and a messiah of his time, more of a priestly messiah. He even fulfilled a couple of prophecies about a servant who would suffer for Israel. The real problem is assuming that the new covenant already happened when "Christ was crucified".

The king messiah comes once, he stops all wars in the world, he unifies the world in worship toward the one living God. There is no rapture, there is only the world to come (heaven on earth).
